Our Commitment At Faith Comfort LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If we made an error, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Returns Due to Our Error If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, wrong design, or not what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return and offer you the choice of a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the issue.

Returns Due to Customer Error If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or made an error at checkout, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders Custom products — including but not limited to business decals, business shirts, sports jerseys, school apparel, and personalized items — are non-refundable unless the error was made by Faith Comfort LLC. Please review all custom order details carefully before submitting.

How to Initiate a Return To request a return or refund, please email us at faithcomfort777@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
