Where We Ship We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time Every item is made to order. Orders typically ship in 3 to 5 business days if the materials or blanks for your item are in stock. If we have to order materials in, it may take up to 2 weeks. Large or custom orders may take longer, and we will contact you if that is the case.
Shipping & Delivery Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. Please allow up to 14 business days from your order date before contacting us about a delayed shipment.
Shipping Rates Most orders ship free within the United States. Oversized, heavy, and industrial items have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight. Your exact shipping cost is always shown before you pay.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages Faith Comfort LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
