Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order complexity, product type, and volume. This timeframe is an estimate — your order may ship sooner or may require additional time. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping & Delivery Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days from your order date before contacting us about a delayed shipment, as carrier transit times can vary.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages Faith Comfort LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
