1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or purchase products.

Faith Comfort LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Business Identity This website is owned and operated by Faith Comfort LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating personal liability for the owners, members, employees, or family members of Faith Comfort LLC beyond the limits allowed by law.

3. Products and Services Faith Comfort LLC sells custom and non-custom products including but not limited to:

  • Vinyl decals
  • Business signage
  • Stickers
  • Apparel
  • Heat transfer products
  • Custom printed items
  • Promotional materials

Because some products are custom-made, slight variations in color, size, alignment, or materials may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

4. Order Acceptance Faith Comfort LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Reject orders that violate intellectual property laws
  • Reject content considered offensive, illegal, or inconsistent with company values

Orders may also be cancelled due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

5. Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Faith Comfort LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.

6. Payment Processing Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment processors. Faith Comfort LLC does not store full credit card information. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days from your order date before contacting us about a delayed shipment.

Faith Comfort LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

8. Product Use and Installation Disclaimer Faith Comfort LLC makes no guarantees regarding product compatibility with specific surfaces, materials, fabrics, coatings, paints, or environmental conditions. Customers are solely responsible for testing product suitability prior to installation or application. Faith Comfort LLC shall not be responsible for installation errors, improper surface preparation, incorrect heat application, environmental conditions, or misuse of products.

9. Returns and Refunds If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, wrong design, or not what you ordered, we will accept the return and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.

For customer-initiated returns, items must be unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom products — including business decals, business shirts, sports jerseys, school apparel, and personalized items — are non-refundable unless the error was made by Faith Comfort LLC.

10. Intellectual Property All content on this website including designs, logos, text, images, product designs, and graphics are the intellectual property of Faith Comfort LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Customers submitting artwork warrant that they own or have legal permission to use that artwork. Faith Comfort LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-submitted designs.

11. Installation Responsibility Customers installing decals, signage, or transfers assume full responsibility for proper installation. Faith Comfort LLC is not responsible for damage to walls, windows, vehicles, surfaces, or paint caused during installation or removal.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Comfort LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, or misuse of products. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the applicable product.

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faith Comfort LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from misuse of products, violation of laws, or infringement claims arising from customer-submitted designs.

14. Religious Expression Faith Comfort LLC is a Christian-operated business. Faith Comfort LLC reserves the right to decline any request for services, custom orders, or products that require the company or its employees to create, promote, or endorse messages, ideas, or lifestyles that violate the sincerely held religious beliefs of the owners and staff, specifically those identified as contrary to biblical doctrine.

Any decision to decline a project is based solely on the requested content and not on the identity of the customer.

15. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Texas.
